Authors: Liu, Zhanyu
Abstract: By analyzing the current hospital anti hepatitis drug use, dosage, indications and drug resistance, this article studied the drug inventory management and cost optimization. The author used drug utilization evaluation method, analyzed the amount and kind distribution of anti hepatitis drugs and made dynamic monitoring of inventory. At the same time, the author puts forward an effective scheme of drug classification management, uses the ABC classification method to classify the drugs according to the average daily dose of drugs, and implements the automatic replenishment plan. The design of pharmaceutical services supply chain includes drug procurement platform, warehouse management system and connect to the hospital system through data exchange. Through the statistical analysis of drug inventory, we put forward the countermeasures of drug logistics optimization. The results showed that drug replenishment plan can effectively improve drugs inventory efficiency.</summary>

Authors: Xu, Li; Luo, Qiang; Chen, Liangzhen; Jiao, Lingmei
Abstract: The main problem of clinical prevention and control of multi drug resistant bacteria infection is to strengthen the monitoring of pathogenic bacteria spectrum, this study research on the multi drug-resistant bacteria infection and nursing quality management application in the department of physical examination. The results of this study showed that the number of patients with multiple drug resistant infections showed an increasing trend. Therefore, once the patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection are found, the prevention and control of the patients with multiple drugresistant bacteria should be strictly followed, and the patient's medication care should be highly valued. Also, the nurses need to be classified based on the knowledge and skill characteristics of the nurses in the department of physical examination, and compare the nursing effect before and after classification and grouping. The physicians and individuals receiving physical examinations in the department of physical examination had a higher degree of satisfaction for nursing effect after classification compared with those before classification. Classification and grouping management helps improve the nursing quality and overall quality of the nurses in the department of physical examination.</summary>

Authors: Li, Jun; Meng, Liping; Zhang, Hua; Wang, Xuejiao
Abstract: This study was designed to discuss key points regarding the clinical observations and nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis and stress ulcer bleeding. Retrospective analysis of 280 cases admitted to our hospital between January 2010 and January 2015 with acute pancreatitis and stress ulcer bleeding. At the same time, we treated patients with antimicrobial agents based on the epidemiology of sever acute pancreatitis (SAP) infection. According to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity, we analyzed the sequence of pathogenic bacteria and the rate of bacterial resistance. During hospitalization, patients were given omeprazole and other intravenous drip line. Within this group, there was one death. The rest were all cured and discharged. Cases of acute pancreatitis, especially cases combined with biliary stone obstruction, pancreatic abscess, or pancreatic pseudo cyst are likely to show stress ulcer hemorrhage. There is a high risk of bleeding within 7 weeks of onset. The key is good nursing assessment and dynamic observation. Timely and effective anti-shock treatment is crucial to nursing when cooperating in rescues.</summary>

Authors: Yu, Qinyuan; Han, Wenzhong; Zhu, Yixi; Zhai, Hua
Abstract: In recent years, the antioxidant efficacy of puerarin has been recognized. However, there is less research on Puerarin used in diabetes. This paper analyzes the effect of puerarin on type II diabetes mellitus induced by streptozotocin combined with orthopaedic footwear. In this study, 80 Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were fed with high fat and high sucrose diet for one month, and 1% streptozotocin (STZ) was used to induce type II diabetes mellitus. After 6 weeks aerobic exercise and puerarin intervention in rats, the effect of aerobic exercise and puerarin intervention on antioxidant ability in diabetic rats was investigated. The results showed that aerobic exercise and puerarin intervention can improve the insulin resistance in rats. Meanwhile, the annual incidence of foot ulcers in diabetic patients is 2%, while orthopaedic footwear can reduce the probability of diabetic foot ulcers. In general, exercise and puerarin intervention can really play a role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes, such as improving the metabolic status of diabetic patients and reducing their dependence on drugs.</summary>
