Therapeutic effects of statins drugs use and continuous nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the influence of life quality

Title: Therapeutic effects of statins drugs use and continuous nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the influence of life quality
Authors: Weina, Ju; Yanhua, Liu; Jian, Wang; Yan, Shao
Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is able to be treated and delayed. Many interventions include smoking cessation and daily maintenance of drug therapy. In clinical practice, although respiratory physicians have given optimal drug treatment to patients, there is no treatment for etiological factors in these treatments, and they have little effect on the long-term prognosis of COPD. Therefore, this paper puts forward a method of continuing care. Through Meta analysis of the therapeutic effects of statins, it is shown that statins have a positive impact on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. On the other hand, the study shows that continuing care can reduce the SGRQ (St George's respiratory questionnaire) score of the patient, thereby improving the patient's quality of life. Therefore, both drug therapy and continuing care are effective methods for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can be effectively combined.

Curative effect of oral ulcer powder on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

Title: Curative effect of oral ulcer powder on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer
Authors: Zhu, Shenshan; Shi, Qiaoyun; Lu, Jian
Abstract: Recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) is a common and frequently occurring disease in the Department of Stomatology. The clinical manifestations are localized ulcer of oral mucosa, and the ulcer mask is self limiting and easy to recur. In this paper, by adopting the randomized study method, the author study the effect of oral ulcer powder combined with traditional Chinese drugs on patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer, and analyze its effect on inflammatory factor. Kangfuxin liquid combined with oral ulcer powder helps reduce recurrent aphthous ulcer patients the levels of inflammatory factors, improve the symptoms of pain. The recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group for 6 months was 12.8%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (31.42%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the average TNF- a, IL-1 and IL-6 water in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, proving that the treatment regimen could reduce the inflammatory response.

Drug effect of atorvastatin on middle cerebral atherosclerotic stenosis and high resolution NMR diagnosis

Title: Drug effect of atorvastatin on middle cerebral atherosclerotic stenosis and high resolution NMR diagnosis
Authors: Chen, Xingchi; Wang, Sainan; Lin, Lulu; Li, Yu; Zhang, Hui
Abstract: Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory reaction with the pathological changes in the lipid deposition of arterial intima. The disorder of blood lipid metabolism is the main factor of the occurrence and development of AS, and the inflammatory reaction and autoimmune reaction also run through the development of AS. In this study, we compared the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin, simvastatin, pravastatin and rosuvastatin in the treatment of AS. At the same time, we used high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to assess the changes in plaque area in the middle cerebral artery and the patch area before and after drug treatment. After 6 months of treatment, the number of intima-media thickness (IMT), plaque and plaque in each group were significantly lower than that before the same group. The results showed that statin treatment of AS could significantly reduce the level of blood lipids, but rosuvastatin and atorvastatin had better effects on anti inflammation and maintaining plaque stability and the drug safety was good.

Flurbiprofen axetil: Analgesic effect and adverse reaction

Title: Flurbiprofen axetil: Analgesic effect and adverse reaction
Authors: Zhao, Xiaodong; Ji, Leting
Abstract: Flurbiprofen axetil is a targeted analgesic and non steroidal analgesic with lipid microspheres as drug carrier. It can selectively accumulate in surgical incision and reduce the allodynia a caused by surgical trauma. In this paper, the experimental subjects were divided into three groups to analyze the difference in the analgesic effect of different doses of flurbiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia. The patients in group A, B and C were treated with flurbiprofen axetil injection 100, 150, 200mg, respectively. The results showed that MAP, HR, static and dynamic VAS scores and postoperative pain incidence in group B and group C were lower than those in group A, and B group had better analgesic effect and lower incidence of adverse reactions. In the future, we should continue to explore the correlation between the effect of flurbiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia on coagulation function and the range of dose safety.
