dc.description.abstract | Of the six items for investigation, the study of the extension of the N- Formalism (i-b), the reduction of spacetime symmetries (i-c), the Pulsar Drift (i-e), the Solar system (i-f) and the Gravitational sources in the evolving universes (i-g) had been completed during the project. In the Quantisation in curved spacetime backgrounds (i-d) shoeing that three particular choices of spacelike hypersurfaces: the constant Kruskal-Szekeres time, freely falling and constant mean extrinsic curvature foliate the spacetime. It was believed that he quantisation procedure on the above three spacelike hypersurfaces would provide a complete orthonormal basis set and expression for the energy of the field. Errors were found in our earlier arguments claiming this for the last two cases. The work of part (i-d) was incomplete in this respect and has been completed after the project, in the period for which extension was requested but not granted. As such, PSF has not been acknowledged in that part of our work.
