Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between stress and performance among teachers of the private and government high schools located in district Bannu, KP, Pakistan. By employing a random sampling, the study collected primary data through a self-administered questionnaire from 96 teachers working in private and government high schools of district Bannu. The estimation of the collected data through correlation unveiled that stress is correlated with the performance of the schools’ teachers.
