Abstract: Anatomical laboratories are an integral part of any health care organization. Patient’s satisfaction is measured to identify problems and solve them. Data was collected from 375 patients at Pathology Department, King Edward Medical University Lahore. The overall mean satisfaction rate was 59.2% out of 100%. patient’s tendency to revisit the facility for anatomical laboratory tests in future is also very low 47% which needs to be addressed properly.
