Abstract: Objective: To measure the level of and gender difference on motor fatigue and cognitive fatigue among patients with Liver Disease (LD). Methodology: This cross-sectional research was carried out during October-December 2017. A sample of 120 LD patients with mean age 47.15±10.73 were selected through purposive sampling technique from inpatients of Liver Center DHQ, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Fatigue Scale for Motor and Cognitive Functions (FSMC) Urdu 20-item was used. SPSS version 21 was used for statistical analyses. Result: Patients with LD are suffering from moderate motor fatigue and moderate cognitive fatigue. Significant gender difference on motor fatigue and cognitive fatigue was seen as females sufferred from higher fatigue level as compared to male (p<0.05). Conclusion: Fatigue is common among patients with LD; however, women were suffering from higher level of fatigue than men.
