The data were collected from Mayo hospital, General Hospital and Pakistan society of Rehabilitation of Disabled. Subjects with non-structural scoliosis with back pain having 19 to 30 years of age were enrolled in case group. In Control Group, subjects with low back pain but without scoliosis and ages between 19 to 30 years of age were included. Sample size was 160, with 80 participants in each group. Scoliometer was used to measure the trunk asymmetry . Visual analogue scale was used to assess pain. The data were analyzed by using SPSS version 21. Results: There were 37 cases and 41 controls participants in middle class, and 43 cases and 39 controls in lower class. The p value of socioeconomic status was 0.527. The p value for height and pain shows no significant association. We have observed there was significant change leg length, jogging pattern and habitual standing. Conclusion: There was leg length discrepancy, jogging pattern and habitual standing on one side which can increase the risk of non-structural scoliosis in young adult.
