Abstract: Seasonal histochemical localization of starch, lipids, proteins, tannins and crystals in fusiform and ray initials and their derivatives of Holoptelea integrifolia and Mangifera indica was carried out. The seasonal changes were correlated with the cambial activity of the trees.
