Abstract: Heterodera cynodontis has been found widely distributed with high frequency of occurrence in Sindh region followed by Punjab and Balochista. Five gramineous and nine nongramineous plants were tested against H. cynodontis. Compositae, Cruciferae, Cucurbitaceae, did not support the reproduction of H. cynodontis. A little reproduction occurred on seven plants in two families. In different soil types experiments, maximum reproduction of H. cynodontis has been observed in sand + sandy loam soil (1:1).
