dc.description.abstractOf the 40 weed plants belonging to 33 genera in 20 families, 32 were infested by Meloidogyne incognita (MI), 9 by M. arenaria (MA), 5 by M. hapla (MH), 2 by M. naasi, and 1 by M. thamesi (MTh), in Csongrad County, South-Eastern Hungary Amaranthus lividus L., (MI, MA), Caucalis lappula Web., (MI);Matricaria indora L., (MI); Chenopodium hybridum L., (MI, MH); C. glaucum L., (MI); Abutilon theophrasti Medik (MI); Galinsoga parviflora Cav., (MA, MTh); Sonchus asper L., (MA) are new hosts of root-knot nematode species where Meloidogyne naasi is the first record in Hungary.en_US
