Abstract: Objective: To assess the impact of foot function in health care professionals. Methodology: This cross sectional survey collected data by non-probability convenient sampling from flat foot health care professionals. Navicular drop test and flat Foot Function Index (FFI) questionnaire were used. Score were than calculated. Results: We found that 60% of flat foot healthcare professionals experienced pain and had decreased foot function. The mean score of FFI was 88.44±29.72016. The mean score percentage of FFI was 52.05%±17.49526. Conclusion: We conclude that 60% of flat foot healthcare professionals experienced pain and decreased foot function. The studies showed that flat foot does affect foot function and also have limit the ADLS e.g. stair climbing, stair descending and running or fast walking.
