Continuing our search for new secondary metabolites from various parts of Aegle marmelos (Rutaceae), we have investigated fresh unripe fruits which yielded two pyridylamides named marmamide-A (1) and -B (2) along with N-benzoyltyramine methyl ether. Both the pyridylamides have been obtained for the first time from any natural source while Nbenzoyltyramine methyl ether is reported as a a new source. All the constituents have been isolated from ethanol soluble part of fresh unripe fruits and their structures were established with the aid of NMR spectroscopy including 2D NMR.en_US
