dc.description.abstractIn the present paper we investigate the propagation of electron vortices in a semiconductor piezoelectric medium. We show that nonlinear coupled upper hybrid drift-acoustic waves in a piezoelectric semiconductor plasma have solutions similar to the solitary solutions of the Hasegawa-Mima equation with an ellipticity in the base of the vortex.en_US
