Abstract: All over the world, women are contributing to the economy of their countries in line with males. In Pakistan women comprise more than half the population and thus play a very important role in the Pakistan economy. As we know that Pakistan has almost 75 percent of its population who are either in reproductive age or soon entering in this era. On the other hand, ever-changing situation at global level demands that our women should come forward to help boost our economy along with their male partners To create a gender balance and to increase the participation of women in work force ad to achieve our goal of health for all, it is necessary to find out challenges, which are faced by pregnant women at their work places and discouraging them to come out of their homes. Those factors may be rectified to enhance the share of women in work force.
